In this role, you take ownership of the full experience, helping coordinate timely equipment delivery, navigating insurance coverage, and ensuring each patient feels supported every step of the way. This isn’t just about managing logistics. It’s about making sure someone’s recovery journey is smoother because you were there to guide it.
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
$19.60–$20.96 per hour. Pay varies based on experience, skills, and location.
The role requires frequent use of the hands to write, type, handle documents, and operate computers, phones, and handheld devices. Employees must regularly read documents clearly and write neatly and accurately while engaging in constant talking and hearing. The position involves varied physical movements, including sitting, standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, stooping, and crouching. It also requires both close and distant vision. Occasionally, the employee may need to stand, lift, push, or pull items weighing between 10 and 40 pounds.
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to moderate noise and indoor fluorescent lighting.
