Responsibilities

• Handle transactions accurately: deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account inquiries, official checks, and money orders.
• Process Safe Deposit Box service requests and balance end-of-day activity.
• Support cash handling across ATMs and coin machines with operational accuracy.
• Manage customer accounts, resolve disputes, stop payments, and wire transfers with care.
• Identify customer needs and offer deposits, loans, and other services; refer to bank solutions.
• Assist in opening/maintaining personal and business accounts; ensure proper documentation.
