Job summary

You may travel between branches within the designated area to assist staff, while upholding AML, BSA, and KYC processes and delivering a differentiated customer experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year in retail sales, customer service, or telesales.
• Ability to travel between branches as needed.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with diverse customers.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.
• Well-organized with ability to work in a team environment.
• Proficiency with internet and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain banking features and benefits.
• Engage customers to promote digital banking solutions.
• Explain loan application criteria at a high level.
• Complete servicing tasks for Consumer and Business Banking relationships.
• Follow sales process and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to deepen relationships and cross-sell as appropriate.
• Manage lobby interactions and greet customers, identifying opportunities.
