Job summary

Seacoast Bank in Ocala, FL seeks an Assistant Banking Center Manager to drive branch performance, coach staff, and ensure excellent customer experiences. In a smaller branch, you’ll wear multiple hats and support the team to keep operations smooth.

You will lead with strong communication, balance sales with risk, and collaborate with leadership to grow consumer lending and business development while maintaining compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for coaching and staff development.
• Ability to balance customer needs with risk and compliance requirements.
• Experience in consumer lending and small business knowledge beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop branch team; drive performance and accountability.
• Support BCM in staffing, training, scheduling, and employee relations.
• Lead in complex customer situations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Build a strong COI network and generate referrals for business growth.
• Ensure branch safety, security, and continuity; perform various roles as needed.
