Flagstar Bank is seeking a Branch Banking Client Consultant I - PT in Amityville, NY. You will deliver frontline client service, process teller transactions, and support sales through client introductions and education to help clients reach their financial goals.

In this part-time role you will balance accuracy and risk standards with a friendly, professional client experience. You’ll work with branch teammates to drive growth while complying with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• High School / GED / HiSET / TASC or foreign equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Experience in Financial Services Industry desirable.

Responsibilities

• Sales Performance: Support growth targets and actively deliver client introductions to the right team member(s).
• Client Experience: Provide positive client interactions and resolve issues promptly; deliver client education.
• Risk Management: Perform timely, accurate daily financial transactions and adhere to bank policies and regulations.
