Job summary

PNC is hiring a Branch Banker based in Oxford, NC to acquire and deepen the bank’s customer base, driving sales and delivering a superior customer experience. The role collaborates with ecosystem partners to increase wallet share and uses available tools to educate customers on financial options.

You will engage customers through proactive conversations, manage risk within policies, and participate in daily branch operations to ensure accurate service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent, with related experience or product knowledge.
• Typically requires 3+ years experience.
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, certifications, and experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities; identifies opportunities to improve the customer’s financial wellbeing.
• Delivers proactive sales conversations via internal and outbound interactions using a defined sales process to increase client loyalty and wallet share.
• Creates customer loyalty and grows wallet share by differentiating the customer experience and educating customers on using technology and available PNC tools.
• Applies product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate and solve customer problems to drive loyalty.
• Manages risk by adhering to policies and procedures, showing sound judgment, and participating in daily branch operations efficiently and accurately.
