• 1-3 years of relevant experience as Customer Service Representative.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience as Personal Banker.
• Effective and efficient communication (written and verbal).
• Cash handling/data entry with accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask job expectations.
• Comfortable having conversations with customers and cross-selling products when opportunities arise.
• Adaptable to an internally and externally changing environment.
• Interpersonal skills.
