SouthernCarlson in Greensboro, NC seeks a Branch Associate for a full-time, daytime role Monday through Friday. You will greet customers, answer inquiries by phone and email, and provide exemplary service while supporting branch operations and sales efforts.

You will build strong customer relationships, learn product needs, and identify upsell opportunities. A High School Diploma is required, and a positive, proactive attitude is valued to maintain an organized showroom.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in sales, customer service, or sales support; warehouse experience a plus.
• Clear, friendly, and professional communication.
• Eager to learn products and anticipate customer needs.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers, answer inquiries by phone/email, and deliver exceptional service.
• Build relationships by learning needs, recommending solutions, and upselling opportunities.
• Support branch operations by assisting sales reps and managers, and pulling orders.
• Deliver products to customers on time with friendly, professional service.
• Keep showroom organized and ready to impress.
• Handle a variety of tasks from answering phones to troubleshooting product questions.
