You will post jobs, screen applications, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate records. A fast-paced environment and occasional Saturdays are part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work under real deadlines and meet targets.
• Familiarity with HRIS or ATS tools (or quick learner).
• Collaborative, team-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Post job ads and keep openings live across platforms.
• Field applications and move candidates to the right next step quickly.
• Coordinate interviews, assessments, and scheduling so nothing stalls.
• Support recruiters through the placement process — paperwork, onboarding, follow-up.
• Keep candidate and placement records clean and current in our systems.
• Be a dependable first point of contact for candidates and the branch team.
