Job summary

Midway Staffing, Inc. in Des Plaines, IL is seeking a Branch Administrator (Spanish Speaking) to act as the central hub for daily operations. You will keep candidates moving, support recruiters, and ensure details stay organized to keep the branch running smoothly.

You will post jobs, screen applications, schedule interviews, coordinate onboarding, and maintain accurate records. A fast-paced environment and occasional Saturdays are part of the schedule.

Reports to: Branch Manager

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (occasional Saturdays)

Pay: $20.00/hour + quarterly bonus opportunities

Every week we're placing people into manufacturing, warehouse, logistics, production, and skilled trades roles across the area — and the branch runs on the person who keeps all the moving parts organized.

That's this role. As Branch Administrator, you're the operational hub: you keep candidates moving through the pipeline, keep the recruiters supported, and keep the details from slipping. If you like a job where no two days look the same and your work visibly keeps the whole team on track, you'll fit right in.

What you'll actually do
