Qualifications

• Lead or training experience and CNC programming are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC press brakes to form steel, stainless, and aluminum parts.
• Read blueprints and determine tooling and bend sequences.
• Assign daily work and keep the brake press area running on schedule.
• Train and support operators on setups, safety, and quality.
• Check parts for accuracy and fix problems at the source.
• Keep the work area safe, clean, and organized.
