Job summary

Fathommfg in Denver, CO seeks a seasoned Forming / Press Brake Supervisor to lead CNC press brake and forming operations in a precision sheet metal environment. You will drive safety, quality, and on-time delivery while guiding a team across shifts.

Responsibilities include coaching operators, ensuring tooling and setups are optimal, and collaborating with planning and engineering to resolve capacity issues. Strong GD&T and CNC know-how are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in precision sheet metal forming/press brake operations.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Experience with CNC programming and machine controls.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of press brake and forming departments across assigned shift(s).
• Assign work, monitor workflow, and adjust priorities to meet production schedules.
• Ensure adherence to production targets, throughput goals, and on-time delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with production planning, engineering, and other departments to resolve scheduling or capacity issues.
• Lead, coach, and develop press brake operators and forming personnel.
• Conduct training on equipment, processes, safety, and quality standards.
• Perform performance evaluations, disciplinary actions, and attendance management as needed.
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
