Job summary

Dover Food Retail is seeking a Machine Operator I to support press brake operations in our Conyers, GA facility. You will be responsible for setup, calibration, and running machines used in production, following verbal or written instructions and model drawings.

Responsibilities include measuring parts for dimensional accuracy, performing first piece inspections, and maintaining cleanliness of equipment and work areas.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC press brake equipment and performing related setups.
• Knowledge of reading and interpreting standard and metric prints.
• Ability to inspect parts and document inspection data to ensure tolerances are met.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple brake presses and perform a variety of operations associated with safe and quality production.
• Power up, run, feed, and power down the applicable equipment.
• Measure product dimensions to verify machine operation and inspect finished parts.
• May perform first piece inspections to confirm tolerances.
• Clean up equipment and surrounding areas.
• Assist with basic material handling using pallet jack or forklift.
