Dover Food Retail is seeking a Machine Operator I (Sheet Metal Forming) to support the press brake line at our Conyers, Georgia facility. The role requires setup, calibration, operation of brake presses, and inspection of parts to meet tight tolerances.

Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years CNC press brake experience, read blueprints, and demonstrate strong communication and safety focus in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of CNC press brake experience.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Ability to read engineering blue prints.

Responsibilities

• Operate multiple brake presses and perform a variety of operations on a diversified line.
• Power up, run, feed, and power down the equipment per work order.
• Measure dimensions and inspect finished parts for conformance.
• May perform first piece inspection for tolerances.
• Keep work area clean and safe; perform basic material handling with pallet jack or forklift.
