You will set up and operate brake press equipment to bend and form metal parts according to blueprints and specifications, ensuring quality and accuracy on a clean, safety‑minded shop floor.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to read work orders, production instructions, and basic manufacturing documentation.
• Experience reading blueprints and production specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate brake press equipment to bend, form, and shape metal components according to blueprints and specifications.
• Select and install tooling, punches, and dies for production runs.
• Position materials accurately and monitor machine performance throughout production.
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain production standards.
• Complete quality and production documentation, report equipment or quality concerns, and follow all safety procedures.
