Qualifications

• Experience with CNC-controlled fabrication equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and schematics.
• Solid basic math skills: fractions, decimals, angles; metric measurements.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install tooling, dies, and punches.
• Adjust back gauges, ram pressure, and depth settings on CNC or manual press brakes.
• Bend, notch, and form sheet metal components to engineering drawings.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, bend allowances and tolerances.
• Perform first-piece and in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers.
• Load, align, and unload raw sheet metal and finished parts safely.
• Perform routine equipment cleaning and minor preventive maintenance per OSHA guidelines.
