Employ Partners is looking for a detail-oriented Press Brake Machine Operator in Cartersville, GA. The role involves bending, shaping and forming sheet metal using press brake equipment, with a four-day workweek, and a pay range of $15.00–$17.00 per hour.

This is a temp-to-hire, full-time position with 1st shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. The candidate will measure parts using calipers, squares, and protractors, read work instructions, inspect finished components for

Press Brake Machine Operator Description

Duties and Requirements:

• Operate press brake machinery to bend, shape, and form sheet metal components according to production specifications.
• Must have experience using calipers, squares, and protractors to accurately measure and verify part dimensions and angles.
• Read and follow work instructions, measurements, and production specifications.
• Inspect finished metal components to ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency.
• Assist with press brake machine setup and adjustments to achieve accurate bends and dimensions.
• Use precision measuring tools to maintain quality standards throughout the production process.
• Follow established safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work effectively in a manufacturing setting.
• Previous press brake operating experience preferred, but not required.
