Job summary

The Davis Companies Inc. is seeking a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Lawrenceville, GA. This press brake role on 1st shift focuses on setting up and running Amada machinery, folding metal per drawings, and performing in-process inspections.

You should have a High School diploma and at least 3 years of related experience, with hands-on programming using Dr. Abe software and familiarity with Amada controllers. Wages range $23–$26 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years prior related experience.
• Experience using Amada Press Brake (RG80, RG50, RG25) and Amada NC-9EX Controller.
• Experience with Amada Astro robotic press brake.
• Experience with Amada Dr. Abe press brake software and programming.
• Ability to use hand inspection tools (calipers).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Amada Press Brake (RG80, RG50).
• Apply folds to fabricated sheet metal parts per drawing requirements.
• Required to do in process inspection.
• All other duties as assigned.
