Job summary

Bosch USA in Michigan seeks a hands-on engineer with a strong foundation in vehicle testing and a passion for automotive systems to join our brake control systems team. You will apply technical rigor in test execution and analysis while collaborating with customer-facing development activities.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in testing and a drive to contribute across ABS, TCS, ESC, and driver assistance features.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in planning and conducting tests and evaluating results.
Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

Perform calibration, verification, and validation of brake control systems including ABS, TCS, ESC, and driver assistance features.
Ensure process consistency and quality in Bosch development processes across multiple OEM teams.
Act as the primary technical interface between the customer and internal project teams for brake system functions.
Analyze customer specifications and coordinate requirements tracking within cross-functional teams.
Plan and coordinate use of test vehicles and required test equipment to support development and validation activities.
Support and participate in vehicle testing campaigns at various locations, including seasonal test programs.
Manage project activities and maintain documentation per Bosch processes and standards.
Execute software release procedures from prototype to production release.
Provide ongoing customer support and participate in technical discussions and meetings.
