Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician in Prosser, WA. You will service brake systems, align suspensions, and handle TPMS recalibration while delivering top‑notch customer service.

The role includes offsite and emergency road support as needed and requires ability to lift and maneuver tires, with safety as a priority. The position emphasizes hands-on work with brakes, alignment and suspension components and offers company benefits after eligibility, with on‑the‑job

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drivetrain and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use hand tools and equipment; assist other technicians; test drive vehicles; operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
