Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brakes, alignments, and suspension components, delivering top notch customer care while following company policies. You will test and install batteries, work with tires and TPMS, use hand tools, and assist teammates.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds with regular bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, steering components and driveline parts.
• Test and install vehicle batteries.
• Mount, balance tires, and recalibrate TPMS as needed.
• Use shop tools and equipment to repair and service vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to colleagues when needed.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite or emergency road service as required.
