Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, suspension and alignment systems in our Boise shop. You will perform wheel services, install TPMS components, test drive vehicles, and support emergency road service as needed.

We value excellent customer service, safe work practices, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds. A valid driver's license and the willingness to learn on the job are essential to join our team.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license is required and customer service skills are essential.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and follow safety procedures.
• Physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform frequent bending and kneeling.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, and alignment components.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, TPMS work.
• Test drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools as needed.
• Provide offsite and emergency road service when required.
