Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required and excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent lifting.
• Physical fitness to lift up to 75 pounds and perform manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment, and steering components.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and replace TPMS components as needed.
• Use hand tools and shop equipment to complete service repairs.
• Assist other technicians and respond to offsite or emergency road service requests.
• Provide courteous customer service and refer to colleagues when appropriate.
