Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, ensuring quality and safety. You will support customer needs, drive service outcomes, and perform tests and drivability checks to confirm proper operation after repairs.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test and install batteries.
• Dismount/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and handle TPMS components calibration or replacement.
• Use tools and assist other technicians as needed.
• Test drive vehicles to verify repairs and performance.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues when needed.
