Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, ensuring high-quality workmanship and excellent customer service.

You will perform tire mounting/balancing, TPMS calibration, and drive-ability tests, while assisting teammates. The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Benefits follow eligibility.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds; frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, suspension, alignment and drive train components.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies; rebalance wheels; replace/calibrate TPMS components.
• Test drive vehicles and assist offsite or emergency road services; operate service vehicles as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees when appropriate.
