Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, and suspension systems and to install components. The role includes tire mounting/dismounting, wheel rebalancing, and TPMS work, with offsite service responsibilities.

The position emphasizes customer service, safety, and adherence to company policies. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects are required. Training is provided on the job.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds and bending/kneeling.
• Must have valid driver’s license and be able to drive to offsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake, alignment, suspension, drivetrain components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite work.
• Disassemble/assemble tires, rebalance wheels, recalibrate TPMS as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer to qualified colleagues when needed.
