Les Schwab is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension system parts while delivering top-notch customer care. The role includes testing components, battery work, tire mounting, wheel rebalancing, and TPMS calibration.

Candidates should have a valid driver's license and be comfortable with lifting heavy loads in a fast-paced environment. Full-time positions offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds frequently, up to 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and steering components.
• Test and install batteries; dismount/mount tires and rebalance wheels.
• Replace, rebuild, or recalibrate TPMS components as needed; operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency work.
• Provide outstanding customer service and reference other qualified staff when appropriate.
