Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, while delivering excellent customer service. The role includes offsite and emergency road service, test drives, and on-the-job training.

The position offers a pay range of $14.85–$24.50 per hour, with benefits such as medical/dental/vision and life insurance, a company-funded retirement plan, paid time off, and more. Higher wages may apply in certain locations.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds, frequent bending and standing

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts
• Testing and installing batteries
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and TPMS work
• Using equipment and hand tools
• Assisting other employees
• Test driving vehicles
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/emergency road services
• Providing excellent customer service
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary
