Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Ferndale, Washington, seeks a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, suspension, and alignment components, and to perform offsite road service as needed.

You will test drive vehicles, rebalance wheels, install TPMS, and help customers with courtesy and safety, while following company policies and undergoing on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally, 35 pounds frequently.
• Willingness to perform offsite and emergency road service as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts and components.
• Test and install batteries, dismount/mount tires and wheels, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Use equipment and hand tools; assist other employees; test drive vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services.
• Provide excellent customer service; refer customers to qualified employees as needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
