Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking Brake & Alignment Technicians to install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension, alignment, and drive train components. The role includes testing batteries, mounting tires, rebalancing wheels, and recalibrating TPMS components, along with offsite and emergency road services.

The position emphasizes excellent customer service and may involve referring customers to other qualified staff as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install or service brake systems, suspension, alignment, drive train and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road service.
• Disassemble/mount tires, rebalance wheels, and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to qualified colleagues as needed.
