Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, suspension and alignment systems, perform tire and TPMS maintenance, and assist with offsite road services. The role emphasizes quality customer service and adherence to company policies and code of conduct.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, with a fast-paced environment and teamwork dynamics. Benefits are included for eligible full-time roles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds, occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, alignment, suspension, drivetrain, and power steering parts and components; testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies, rebalancing wheels, and replacing/calibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools; assisting other employees; test driving vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road services; provide excellent customer service; refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
