Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Center is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension systems. Duties include testing, battery installation, tire work, and TPMS calibration, with a focus on exemplary customer service.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, physical stamina, and the ability to work in a fast-paced shop environment. Benefits are provided for full-time staff after eligibility criteria are met.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; bending, twisting, kneeling and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake systems, suspension and alignment components.
• Test drive vehicles and perform offsite road services when needed.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels and recalibrate TPMS components.
• Provide superior customer service and refer customers to colleagues as needed.
