Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service brake, alignment, suspension, and related components while delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include testing drives, tire and TPMS work, and assisting with offsite and emergency road service.

This role involves installing and servicing hydraulic/electric brake systems, batteries, and drive train parts, with on-the-job training and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds; up to 35 pounds regularly and up to 75 pounds occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Install or service hydraulic/electric brake system, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering components.
• Test drive vehicles and operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
• Dismount/mount tire and wheel assemblies, rebalance wheels, and replace/recalibrate TPMS components.
• Provide excellent customer service and refer customers to other qualified employees as necessary.
