Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Colville, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to service and install brake, alignment, and suspension components, test batteries, and handle tire mounting and balancing. You will use automotive tools, provide excellent customer service, and work safely in a fast-paced shop.

On-the-job training is provided to develop skills in brake systems and TPMS calibration. Les Schwab offers competitive pay, benefits, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth

Qualifications

Valid driver's license.
Excellent customer service skills in a rapid pace environment.
Frequent lifting up to 75 pounds.
Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and standing.

Responsibilities

Installing or servicing brake, alignment, suspension, drive train, and power steering parts.
Testing and installing batteries.
Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and rebalancing.
Using equipment and hand tools and assisting other employees.
Test driving vehicles and operating service vehicles for offsite work.
Providing excellent customer service and referring customers as needed.
