Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Lynnwood, WA is seeking a Brake & Alignment Technician to install and service brake, alignment, and suspension components, and to drive service quality with a focus on customer satisfaction.

You will test batteries, service tires, and help teammates while following company policies. This role offers on-the-job training and opportunities for skill growth in a busy shop environment.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting up to 35 pounds with occasional lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installing or servicing brake, suspension, alignment, drive train, and power steering parts.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Dismounting/mounting tire and wheel assemblies and rebalancing wheels; recalibrating TPMS components.
• Using equipment and hand tools.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles for offsite/road services.
• Providing excellent customer service.
• Refer customers to other qualified employees as needed.
