Job summary

LearningRx in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Cognitive Brain Trainer to deliver one-on-one, life-changing brain training in a fun, supportive setting with flexible scheduling. You will help students and adults unlock their potential while working 10–20 hours per week.

You will coach, motivate, and celebrate progress with families, and maintain accurate training records. Training provided; opportunity for advancement and consistent pay growth are available.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor’s degree.
• Enjoy working with children and adults in a one-on-one setting.
• Quick learner and highly teachable.
• Strong reading, spelling, and phonemic awareness skills.
• Available to work at least three weekdays between 3p.m. and 8p.m., or two weekdays between 3p.m. and 8p.m. plus Saturdays 9a.m.–2p.m.
• Commitment for at least 2 years of employment.
• No experience in brain training required – training provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver fun and intensive cognitive training programs one-on-one with students
• Act as a coach and motivator, building confidence and overcoming learning challenges
• Celebrate achievements with students and their families
• Maintain accurate training records and progress reports
