Job summary

LearningRx in Virginia is seeking a Brain Trainer to work one-on-one with students of all ages in a fun, engaging environment. You will implement personalized cognitive training plans, monitor progress, and provide feedback to families.

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour, with potential to reach $25.00 per hour for Master Trainers; flexible scheduling includes evenings and weekends; paid training and room for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Passionate about human development and tutoring.
• Strong reading and spelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with students of all ages in a fun, upbeat, and interactive manner.
• Create an atmosphere of support and excitement, challenging and motivating students.
• Implement personalized cognitive training plans tailored to each client’s needs.
• Deliver engaging and effective sessions using a variety of techniques and tools.
• Monitor and document clients’ progress and provide feedback.
• Maintain accurate records of client sessions and progress reports.
• Celebrate achievements with students and families.
• Document student growth and success.
