Job summary

LearningRx Fort Collins is seeking friendly, sharp individuals to join our team as Brain Trainers (Cognitive Skills Coaches). You’ll work one-on-one with students of all ages to strengthen core cognitive skills and help them reach their full potential.

This role welcomes retirees and those with strong cognitive abilities, offering a flexible, part-time schedule with paid certification and opportunities for advancement.

About LearningRx

LearningRx is a research‑based brain training program that uses fun, challenging exercises delivered one‑on‑one. Our programs help clients improve skills such as reading, memory, attention, and processing speed—making learning easier and life more manageable.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver one‑on‑one brain training sessions using our proven programs
• Motivate, challenge, and encourage students in a supportive environment
• Track progress and celebrate student achievements
• Commit to supporting each new student through their full program (typically 6–9+ months)
• Complete our paid certification training

What We’re Looking For

• Availability between 3–8 PM Monday–Friday (Saturday availability is a plus)
