Eliot Community Human Services in Stoughton, MA, is seeking a dedicated Support Specialist for our Brain Injury program. You will help adults with brain injuries build skills, engage in community activities, and foster independence through restorative activities and supportive relationships.

The role includes assisting with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration per MAP guidelines, and promoting safety.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma.
• Experience working with intellectually disabled or brain injured adults.
• Ability to drive residence van.
• Massachusetts driver’s license and access to a personally owned vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to individuals with medical, physical, cognitive, and socioemotional needs in completing daily activities.
• Assist with personal care and hygiene to promote independence and growth.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations and report health or behavioral concerns.
• Perform routine housekeeping and report safety issues to maintain a clean, safe environment.
