Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field is required.
• ACBIS certification within 1 year of hire preferred.

• Develop and implement cognitive remediation programs for brain injuries.
• Deliver services per IPP, HIPAA, and Bancroft policies.
• Provide direct and consultative cognitive remediation in day and residential settings.
• Develop individualized goals, treatment plans, and measurable objectives.
• Design strategies and recommend equipment to support learning and independence.
• Plan and facilitate sessions tailored to each person’s needs.
• Support progress toward treatment goals and promote self-determination.
• Train staff and educate on cognitive remediation techniques.
