Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of healthcare sales or related B2B sales experience.
• Three+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Launch, antipsychotic, and/or bi-polar sales experience highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance in assigned territory while complying with guidelines.
• Manage budgets and tailor discussions to customer needs in a compliant manner.
• Maintain understanding of local market, practice structures, and influencers.
• Provide input on resource allocation and implement strategic plans.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists to share best practices.
• Accurate management of work hours, calls, objectives, and expenses.
• Develop business plans based on customer needs and products.
• Complete all required company training within timelines.
