Qualifications

• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant work experience in healthcare sales/account management, or business to business sales, or recently transitioned from Active‑Duty Military.
• 2+ years of sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals or healthcare sectors is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage healthcare professionals in clinical dialogue.
• Must be able to build local business plans and manage territory effectively.

• Meet or exceed sales targets in Pueblo, CO territory.
• Effectively manage assigned budgets to achieve territory objectives.
• Develop local business plans and respond to formulary opportunities.
• Provide timely administrative reporting of work hours, calls, and expenses.
• Engage healthcare professionals with compliant clinical dialogue and product information.
• Collaborate with other Neuroscience Sales Specialists on best practices.
• Maintain current product and disease state knowledge to enable meaningful conversations.
