Job summary

A Quality Facility Services (AQFS) is seeking a motivated Janitorial Team Lead to join our Natrona Heights team. This role offers leadership development, real impact, and opportunities for career growth within a company that promotes from within.

You’ll oversee daily operations on the 2nd shift, train staff, monitor quality, manage scheduling and supplies, and collaborate with the Account Manager to ensure outstanding service.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.
• Experience in janitorial or supervisory roles is a plus, not required.
• Able to work Monday–Friday and 2nd shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and assist janitorial team members.
• Train, coach, and support employees.
• Perform quality inspections and ensure standards are met.
• Provide coverage when staffing needs arise.
• Track labor hours and support operational goals.
• Place weekly supply orders.
• Communicate schedule, policy, and procedure updates.
• Work closely with the Account Manager.
• Identify opportunities to improve service.
• Help maintain a positive, productive work environment.
