Job summary

Caliber Systems Inc. in Arlington, Virginia is seeking a BRAC Property Conveyance Analyst to support the Army Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) Directorate. The analyst will provide technical expertise in property conveyance of closed BRAC properties. Responsibilities include conducting facility assessments, generating reuse assessments, and performing business case analyses. Candidates must be U.S. citizens with a minimum of five years of experience in property conveyance actions, and must hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in property conveyance actions.
• Demonstrated relevant experience transferring federal properties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Facility Assessments and develop reports.
• Produce Reuse Assessments including highest and best use analyses.
• Conduct Business Case Analysis including evaluations of disposal timelines.

Ability to travel

Education

Bachelor’s Degree from accredited school
