Job summary

Victoria’s Secret & Co. is seeking a Selling Associate to deliver exceptional customer service, drive in-store sales, and share deep product knowledge across our lingerie and fashion lines.

You will engage customers on the floor, assist with bra fittings, process transactions at the cash wrap, and help keep the floor and back room replenished and on-brand. Schedule flexibility and competitive pay are offered, with a 40% associate discount available.

Responsibilities

• Drives store sales and growth by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions at the POS.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages additional purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go-backs.
• Processes merchandise to floor ready, replenishes to brand standards, and assists with markdowns and re-tickets.
• Executes floorset activities and maintains brand standards on back room and stock.
• Supports all activities related to safety and loss prevention.
