Job summary
Victoria's Secret is seeking a Selling Associate to drive store sales and deliver exceptional customer service, while developing product knowledge and building customer relationships. You will assist on the sales floor, at the cash wrap, and in replenishment, processing transactions, promoting promotions, and keeping merchandise floor-ready.
This role requires physical effort (lifting up to 40 pounds) and a flexible schedule; we offer a 40% associate discount, free product, mental health

Responsibilities
- Drives store sales and provides exceptional customer service on the sales floor.
- Engages with customers, answers questions, and guides them to fit and product selection.
- Operates the cash wrap, processes transactions accurately, and reinforces purchasing decisions.
- Maintains merchandise to brand standards and supports replenishment and floor readiness.
- Participates in floorset activities and adheres to visual merchandising standards.
- Supports housekeeping and loss prevention efforts and helps reduce shrink.
