Responsibilities

• Drives store sales by personally selling to customers.
• Proactively engages with customers, reads cues and responds effectively.
• Provides customers with the perfect bra fit by asking effective questions.
• Converts returns, offers and other promotions into larger sales.
• Delivers a friendly and efficient cash wrap experience, processing transactions at the Point of Sale.
• Reinforces buying decisions at checkout and encourages add‑on purchases.
• Recovers cash wrap selling zone and go‑backs.
• Processes merchandise to be floor ready and maintains back room and stock to brand standards.
• Replenishes merchandise to brand standards for sale readiness.
• Assists with markdowns, re-tickets and stock processes.
• Executes floorset proficiently and adheres to brand standards
• Maintains back room and unders stock to enable efficient replenishment
