Bosch Lincolnton, NC Conversion, Customizing and Packaging Center seeks an experienced Lean Manufacturing Specialist to advance BPS maturity. You will train colleagues, facilitate programs, and partner across functions to apply standardized work and 5S.

This role emphasizes data-driven improvements, shop floor management, and collaboration with corporate BPS groups to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume operation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in lean manufacturing with shopfloor experience.
• Understanding Bosch Production System lean concepts.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiastic self-starter capable of leading cross-functional teams.
• Project planning, time management, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement solutions and best practices plant wide independently, partnering with associates across all functions and levels.
• Facilitate training sessions on standards, Shop Floor Management Cycle, 5S, TPM, and daily leadership routines.
• Site coordination as Tachinbo and Lessons Learned Coordinator for SYS-CIP projects.
• Execute BPS shopfloor partner process confirmations.
• Value Stream Planning support, leveling and consumption control.
• Analyze systematic findings and determine improvements.
