Job summary

SEEL, LLC is seeking qualified Energy Auditors to perform daily energy audits on residential properties in line with utility program requirements. The role includes ASHRAE building audits with blower-door testing, data collection, and installation of energy-saving devices, while delivering high-quality customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include traveling to homes, educating customers on energy savings, recording findings, and ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• BPI Technician (Required) or Analyst certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of residential energy audits and direct install measures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential energy audits using mobile software and blower-door testing.
• Travel to customer homes, educate customers on energy savings, and complete paperwork using handheld devices.
• Install low- and no-cost energy-saving measures and teach customers how to implement them.
• Provide customer education to encourage additional energy-saving behaviors and connect them with other service programs when applicable.
• Maintain accurate daily inventory of supplies and equipment.
• Accurately record audit findings, upload required forms and communicate project goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements at all times.
