Job summary

Fire Creek Services Company, an All Native Group company, seeks a Buyer to procure parts, materials, equipment and services for HVAC, electrical and general maintenance crews at Fort Campbell. The role manages BPAs, places POs, tracks performance and maintains audit-ready files.

The candidate will verify pricing, quantities and delivery terms, set up vendors, and provide administrative support to the program team. 3–5 years in purchasing is required, with a SECRET clearance preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of purchasing or procurement experience.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Must be able to pass a background check and obtain installation access.
• Must possess or be able to obtain/maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Source quotes and purchase orders against BPAs; document basis for awards.
• Place calls and create POs against BPAs for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance materials.
• Track BPA ceilings, call limits, expiration dates and spend; flag renewals/modifications.
• Follow FAR/DFARS flow-downs for purchases beyond BPAs.
• Source parts for emergency/priority work to minimize downtime.
• Verify pricing, quantities and delivery terms; resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Set up new vendors: W-9s, SAM.gov, small-business status and banking details.
• Maintain vendor master records and relationships with suppliers.
• Expedite late orders, coordinate deliveries and track performance.
• Track receipts and match to POs and work orders; ensure proper documentation for billing.
• Process vendor invoices: 3-way match and routing for payment.
• Maintain complete purchase files and monthly spend reporting.
